At the Jedlička family winery, we cherish nature and live in harmony with it. It's not because it's a trendy thing to do. We live in symbiosis with the grapevine and the beautiful landscape of our part of Moravia. Our organic grape production allows us to go back to the production technology of red wines from before 1907.

An observation tower in these places was already considered in 2004, but it was actually built here two years later, after the municipality of Bořetice won the Village of the Year 2005 competition. Winery with history at its heart

The family winery, founded in 2004, manages 32 hectares of vineyards in the areas of Terasy, Čtvrtě, Kraví hora, Růženy, and Veselý. These are prime vineyard locations with clay-sandy soil rich in magnesium. By the way, vineyards in these areas have been mentioned since 1355 and have been practically continuous since then. The winery headquarters are located in the historic area of the Vinopa first republic winery cooperative in Bořetice, which was built in 1932 and completely renovated in 2005 while retaining the original appearance of the main building.

All production is processed using high-quality and gentle technology. In the production of red wine, we return to traditional methods - using longer maceration of the must. We produce white wines using controlled fermentation technology using terroir yeasts. Thanks to this combination, the winery produces wine that carries the characteristic varietal features, aroma, and still maintains its terroir significantly.

The winery is known for its full-bodied, structured red wines, suitable for gastronomy. The offer includes around 40 vintage wines, including straw wines.

    Tasting in the cellar

    We offer wine tastings with seating in our cellar for both larger and smaller groups. The cellar is located in the middle of the Kraví Hora wine cellar alley (approximately 280 wine cellars). The seating is located in the original cellar from the 1930s. The cellar has 50 seats with a large fireplace and dance floor. In the summer, there is also seating available outside (50 seats). There is a fireplace for roasting pork and a smokehouse for homemade smoked meats and sausages.

    This is not a reservation for an evening session, but a guided tasting (6 hours). Price according to the number of wines.

    Taste our wines, awarded at prestigious exhibitions.

    We regularly participate and receive awards at the most prestigious exhibitions here in our country (Czech Republic Wine King, FESTWINE, Meditrina), as well as in numerous foreign competitions (Vinalies Internationales Paris, AWC Vienna, Galicija Vitis, etc.). You can also find our wines in the National Wine Salon of the Czech Republic.

    Our white wines

    Our white wines are produced using controlled fermentation technology and terroir yeasts. This combination results in wine that carries the characteristic varietal flavors and aromas, while retaining the distinct terroir of our vineyard.

    Our red wines

    Red wines are a specialty of our winery. Full-bodied and structured, our wines feature pronounced black fruit tones and are particularly suited for gastronomy. We offer a selection of over forty vintage wines, including straw wines. In the production of our red wines, we return to traditional methods, using a longer maceration of the must.

    Cuvée Kácary

    The flagship of our winery, a carefully crafted cuvée of three varieties - Pinot Noir, Saint Laurent, and André. This harmonious and elegant wine has a dark ruby color, with a pronounced aroma of cherries, plums, and dark chocolate. It is a full-bodied and well-balanced wine, with a long and delicately tannic finish.

    Cuvée Túfary

    Pleasant wine - greetings from the Velké Pavlovice region. It is made up of three interesting grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Saint Laurent. It has a ruby reflection in the glass, with a full fruit aroma of plums, cherries, and small black fruits. The taste is pronounced, full, spicy with a long finish. Our main cultivated grape varieties include André, Frankovka, Saint Laurent, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Welschriesling, Sauvignon, Traminer Rot and Grüner Veltliner.
